I remember. And I was nine. Sleeping on the second floor of 14 Parkview Ave. in then East Paterson with a red transistor glued to my ear, listening to the news, and what seemed the theme of the event, Bert Kaempfert's "Wonderland by Night," which would go number 1 in a few weeks. I thought I listened for endless nights to the news about Stephen, but I guess it was a lone night. I remember someone saying his father was going to take him fishing...
