Vonnegut's Liberal Crap

At the end of Kurt Vonnegut's appearance {via Ed} on the Daily Show last night, he mentioned that he had a list of "liberal crap" that he never wants to hear again.  They ran out of time, but as promised Jon Stewart has posted the list at the show's site:

Ye cannot serve God and Mammon. The hell I can't! Look at the Reverand Pat Robertson. And He is as happy as a pig in s**t.
