Is She Still Relevant?

Obviously she hasn't gone Brit enough to use the two-fingered salute of her adopted country.  But what really matters here is the fact that while this Live 8 thing was a chance for people to act like they care about poverty in Africa (and I'm sure some really do), some people saw fit to wear the GDP of some African countries around their neck and fingers and wrists.
